Just came back to say their picante fresco is soooo good as well, I am not a vegetarian but I will get it again! Again, their bread is amazing, but the vegetables are seasoned so well and flavorful, you won't miss the meat!
Amazing sandwich. I had the vegetarian sandwich. The bread was crusty and tasty. The vegetables were thinly cut and marinated well. A very good experience. The place was noisy though
Food and service is exceptional owner is usually on site and he is very friendly. Food was ready quickly. They offered eat in and takeout.
This place is absolutely delicious! They make the bread fresh in house and it's WORTH it. They also have lots of vegetarian options. They have rotating soup options. The service is quick and they are happy to serve you. The outside looks unassuming and it's a little small on the inside but I recommend stopping by.
It reminds me of Belgium! the best place, and very tasty! I will visit this again and again!
By far one of the best hidden gems around. London broil is my go to. Words cant describe how good this jawn is. Like i would eat this every day if i could.
We were looking for a place to stop to eat on the way home from DC. So happy we found Bon Fresco! We got the London Broil sandwich and the Fresh Mozz and Tomato sandwich. Both were fantastic! We ate them so fast we forgot to take pictures! The bread was perfect. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. If we weren't full we could have eaten multiple of each. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast and pleasant. There are plenty of tables to sit down and eat and the ambiance was that of a deli. We loved it! If we are ever back in Columbia, MD we will definitely hit up Bon Fresco again!!
Ok the London broil sandwich is fantastic on a French bread baguette. This place is known for it, so I won't waste time telling you about the perfect steak is tender and delicious. What people sleep on is the soup. I had a bowl of the tomato saffron soup which came with the softest mini loaf of bread. Both myself and my toddler finished a bowl and loaf. Saffron is not something I would think of adding to soup which is weird cause I grew up with saffron in everything including ice cream. It is delectable. This is a great carry out place (very few tables) to check out during their limited daytime hours.
Get the London Broil sandwich and prepare to have your mind blown. It is served with chargrilled London broil with provolone and mayo on a warm ciabatta bun. Everything about this sandwich is fresh down to the mayo. OMG
finally got to try bon fresco after wanting to come here for months and it did not disappoint! i got half london broil sandwich half soup and it was so delicious! i highly recommend the london broil sandwich, its one of the most popular items on the menu for a reason. service was quick despite the large amounts of orders being placed (i came at 11:30am). i will definitely come back to try other items off the menu!
